Wear the Heart-Aid Kit™ for 14 days. Our continuous monitoring captures data while you sleep, work, and live.

Return your kit and get a clear report
Wear it then return it and receive a comprehensive report signed by a cardiologist from the clinic you chose, shared with you via a secure email. Once monitoring is complete, you can also choose to use your Heart-Aid Kit™ for your own personal wellness tracking.
